Looking to change out my puddle lights on my Tremor to LEDs. Looking for some good recommendations from my fellow Ranger owners.

Are you looking for utility or cool? The cool ones I would recommend would be the ford emblem logo puddle lights.

I went with these. This is from Amazon.ca - probably 1/2 the price in the US. Clearly they DO fit.

How does a light under the mirror help when the door is opened? Isn't the light now moved away from the entry area and also on the other side of the door?

Diode Dynamics makes them and you can get colors of you want.

I find mine to be useless for those exact reasons but I also don't really have any places where I'm parking without overhead lighting; I could see it being helpful when walking up to the truck in an unlit parking lot I suppose.

Thank you,
I had went to the link and it states that it doesn’t fit 2021 Ford Ranger.
What year Ranger do you have and do you have the mirrors that fold in?
Amazon is stupid sometimes.... I have a 2019 and yes, the mirrors fold in. The only Rangers that have the puddle lights are the Lariats.

There are a variety of options on Amazon or eBay.

That is where I find them helpful. We first had them on our 2004 Explorer and at first I thought they were kind of silly but I grew to like them.

That's what I liked about them when I had them on my F150. Especially in the winter. It was nice to have some visibility of what I was going to be dealing with to get in the truck. They aren't usually super useful, but they are nice to have when you need them.

Thank you for the info.
I’ll go and order them on Amazon.
Putting together things to do to my Tremor while I’m home for Christmas and with my garage.
