I didn't.
So far I haven't experienced any negative effects and I've towed 6000+ and done a few trail rides.
I haven't heavily loaded the bed though.

Hi everyone,
I just picked up a set of Tremor springs but they didn't come with the bolts.
I know my stock XLT ones won't fit, but the genuine Ford ones are pretty pricey compared to generic ones like the Rough Country options.
Those that have swapped/have the genuine bolts, can you tell me the length of yours as well as the thread pitch so I can try and find a better/cheaper option?

You could contact Rough Country and tell them you're putting Tremor springs on and need the corresponding/longer u-bolts. You don't want the longest ones - I just don't recall exactly which length I wound up with after they initially recommended (and sold me) a too long set - that I returned.
They come with the nuts.

I don't remember the exacts lengths, but the Tremor U-bolts are 7 threads longer than the FX4 bolts.
The nuts are the same.

Looking through the thread about using the UK/AU/Tremor leafs it looks like the 8.5 inch U bolts are required.

I am about to order these new from my dealer as I can't find a used set. My dealer isn't very helpful as they don't fit my truck according to my non tremor vin.
I have the pns for the leafs and ubolts from the second page here.
Does anyone know if new tremor leafs come with bushings installed? I saw a note on my dealer site that the single leafs do, but I can't find any info on the tremors.
I see that the measurements for the shackles are identical (thanks for that) so other than the leafs and ubolts and maybe bushings do I need to order anything else to complete the swap?
