Lariat screen locked up?

My screen locked up today randomly, & is still stuck on a map. After several restarts, it still is stuck. Any ideas?

Disconnect your battery for 10 minutes or so and reconnect.

It just fixed itself, I didn't disconnect my battery. Thanks guys!

This happens to me on occasion, quoted post above sorts the issue out. Reboots the infotainment.

Doing that is no different than turning the truck off and opening the door then restarting the truck. It's convenient in that you can do it while driving.

My 2019 Lariat screen locks up a lot. It will freeze for a short while then resume after a bit. Also, if I start the vehicle and place it immediately in reverse, it will often take about five seconds for the review camera to be visible. Just figure it’s another Ford glitch, much like the tranny problems.

Well, some mighty weird stuff happened yesterday. My display screen went black for an hour then back on ok. Then off again for a few minutes then while backing up camera came on ok. But when put into drive, backup camera remained on for several minutes, then corrected itself. Later screen froze for an hour then ok. Scan of codes says nothing wrong at all. I have been up in Washington state near the Canada at Port Angeles. We were going to watch the Aurora which was to be strong last night. Could this have been particles causing the display electronics to get stuck?

Pull the fuse under the dash. Many videos on line show the location. Mine would not come up at all after an update but pulling the fuse removed power and allowed it to reboot.
