Best advice I could give would be to put that tuner in your glove box and just enjoy your truck. The thing is there's absolutely nothing you can do about anything you are trying to monitor. You can't change anything in the tune and Ford is not going to send you any revisions. Not only that you are putting yourself at risk trying to make sense of gauges while you are driving.
If you are looking for more get a more out of a tune go with a custom tune. Datalog and correspond back and forth with the tuner, LET THEM figure out the details of the tune and just enjoy the drive.
There's an entire EcoBoost section on the HPtuners forum but, as mentioned unless you are looking to buy the hardware/software and starting tuning yourself there's nothing you can do about it.
