I've tried naming several of my vehicles, but no matter what I name them they still won't come to me ? (some Teslas will though...)
I got creative and usually call my Ranger "the truck", though on the Ford app it's called DID, for Disposable Income Detector ?
I do call my Jeep "the Jeep" since it is much easier to say with just one syllable than "Grand Cherokee".

When I had 2 F150s, one was my truck the other was the work truck.
Now it's the Ranger or the F150.
If it doesn't respond when you call it's name, it don't need one

My late brother-in-law bought a new Ford pickup coming out of the Navy in 1970. The most basic white Ford pickup of the time. He drove that till the late 90's. It had a name. "Whitey Ford".

I don't think I’ve ever named any of my vehicles, but when I go out to mine I usually do say “hello Beautiful”I think “Beautiful” is fitting.

If it wasn't taken by chevy I'd suggest you consider the name Walter, the new chevy commercial is the only reason I'd consider a silverado - brilliant commercial - yes I do like cats. Fauci is now one of the more popular names for dogs, not sure it would wear well on your truck.
