Not NA wild ones. They’re pretty nasty really. Even if you know how to cook it right, still nasty! ?
I think they are pretty tasty. Cut up into small turkey nuggets, deep fried with Shore Lunch. Mmmmm :turkey:

Wild turkey is about the only wild game that doesn't have a "gamey" taste. I breast them out, throw them in a crock pot for a couple hours with a bottle of Italian dressing poured over top, adding some water if it gets too dry. Yummy !!!

I use Italian dressing on wild game a lot, I’ll take a Frozen Deer leg and Scorch the outside of the meat on the grill (still frozen) then wrap it in tin foil add a whole bottle of 7 seas italian dressing. When you can hear it boiling leave it in for about an hour after that. That what I feed to people that say “they don’t like deer meat”...they say “that’s good, what kind of meat is that” Taa Daa ! When I’m lucky enough to catch a cobia I Imarinate in intalian, throw it on the grill skin side down for 10 minutes. The best....
Regards

The only way to dress a wild turkey. Cut the breast out and leave the rest in the woods ha.
