Issues with 5-Star tune

Let me clarify then:. Detonation, shift strategy all fucked up, never did what I asked when I told them it needed to not lug around in 10th gear all of the time and instead actually downshift without forcing it, just getting emailed a revision after logs with no mention of how the logs looked or a changelog, etc. All of this got worse over time. They started out fine and went downhill from there. Not sure what else you need other than saying that having a progressively unresponsive tuner whose tunes start having issues that start to compound to the point that you fear damage to your drivetrain is not fun. If you are a fan of theirs or have no issues then fantastic and I'm happy for you. This is just MY experience.

Thank you. Now I can actually consider what you posted. Yes I use a 5-star tune, no I don't have issues. However I would like to be aware of any problems happening with the product to keep an eye out for. Your original post just left me saying to myself, "Well shit I use their tunes I probably need to know what problems he is having so I don't have them either".

Sorry you had problems with their tune though.
