Here is the source for VREF and SIGRTN for the above diagram of the air inlet damper feedback.

That is too funny - I don't even remember that! I'm not going to worry about that one. It came back after I cleared all the DTCs after I got all the wiring patched back together. You have apparently had this code for quite a while. See this:

Looks good and glad that it works. The air inlet damper controls outside air entering the HVAC unit or recirculating air. That is too funny - I don't even remember that! I'm not going to worry about that one. It came back after I cleared all the DTCs after I got all the wiring patched back together.
I think my fix turned out pretty good - if you didn't know, you'd think nothing ever happened:

I reset that one DTC but it came right back. The A/C and heat work fine - it doesn't seem to be causing any issues and since it has been hanging around for a while I'm just going to ignore it.
I'm just really happy I was able to find and fix this issue myself. If it hadn't been for you guys with your suggestions and help I never would have continued pushing thru it. It just dawned on me while working on it today that since I know there was a mouse in the back seat somewhere, it would probably make sense to look in that vicinity for damaged wires.
Thank you again to @RangerBill and @airline tech - you guys rock!
