Hello new friends,
about 2 days ago I bought a 2020 XLT Sport with 71k on it. Been researching and deciding between the ranger, Colorado, & Tacoma. I’ve had a few tacos and they drive like hell with the 6 speed. Didn’t want to pay 30+ for the new Colorado and ended up out the door for 20k with 4k on my traded in accord (I couldn’t even sell that thing privately for 4k). So feel like a got a solid deal.
Anywho. Yesterday I thought I had a buzzing in my dash until figuring out it’s just my injectors screaming at max vol. I know these are loud but I can hear these things clearly from inside the cabin. See videos attached.
Are we saying this is completely normal? Worth doing any diagnostic testing or replacing? No lights on the dash. Not sure if there’s a replacement interval on these, I know the stealership did a fuel cleaning service or whatever they call it, but I’ll never trust anything done at that place. They’re louder when it’s cold but also comes and goes. Halfway through my drive home today they randomly went silent. I’ll throw a can of seafoam in my next tank but that won’t fix anything. Thoughts from the educated?
