You do realize the Bronco is just going to use the body from the Flex?

The body from the flex on a Ranger frame? I doubt it, but we'll see.

It may end up looking a similar style, since they're both boxy style and have Ford influences. But it's not like they're just going to take a Flex body and place it on top of a Ranger frame. Things don't work that way.

I had a Badlands on order for 9 months, gave up bought a 22 Ranger. Thought it would be nice to revisit after having a 1975 model I loved, but watched rot away. Anyrate after hearing all the problems mentioned on the Bronco forum, I decided Ranger. I'm sure it's not as off road capable, but it will suit my needs. And the bonus a bed and much more interior storage.
Many bitch about the outdated Ranger interior, I like it, especially the cluster with separate tach. I understand the next generation Ranger is getting the silly electronic tach like the Bronco. I don't want to pick a screen with a tach, call me old school, but I'm good with the setup
My only regret would be missing out on a 7 speed manual with the rock crawl gear. For an automatic though, the 10 speed does a great job. Another bonus is I can tow 7500, Bronco 3000. Plus the fact I saved $7k and have a much nicer equipped vehicle. No regrets, in a few years I'll start modding away. And I was lucky and caught the 0% five year finance deal, no brainer all the way around.
Love my new truck.

LOL...you'll start "modding away" long before "a few years" have passed. You've only begun your trip down the rabbit hole, good neighbor!
Enjoy the ride! :)

By the way, what color Splash did you get? Tell us it was the green one....

I liked the idea but big fail there's no solid top. I mean solid-solid, not removable. Apparently the removable solid tops are noisy, last thing I want on an expensive vehicle.

Also, no one's getting the removable solid top anyway, even if you choose it. Its soft top for today's buyers due to supply chain, from what I've read. Watch a video on how you lift up and access the rear with a soft top. WTF. Cheesy.
