Here's a good detailed video on how to safely clean your engine bay.
I think I need to take his advice and do mine.

Once I get my truck I'll be much more concerned with keeping the damper clean. Got to be tough to do with that Ranger design defect high ass end and all. Here's a good detailed video on how to safely clean your engine bay.

Why do you think mine still looks like this? Out of sight out of mind. ?Now you’ve done it Dave. That’s another 100 bucks for brushes, spray products for cleaning something only I SEE!
Don't forget you need brushes for wheels and tires, brushes for painted surfaces, for interior work and now for engine work... And they all need to be different so you don't cross contaminate from one surface to the other. Now you’ve done it Dave. Yes Pan has cost me a small fortune too. But he does have some good detailed videos and walks you though them so even a novice can tackle most things he shows.Let us know how it goes! It's not like Kate needs more detailing stuff ... =)
I got her some ONR, a fancy bug remover, a measuring pourer dealio, and a new tire brush today. Oh, plus a second Maralux sprayer, because clearly one is not enough!!! =D
And on Black Friday, I got her a 48 inch Gorrilla platform thing to get her 20 inches taller for roof work (LOL, I don't even look at the Ranger's roof, I do spray it with the soap cannon and rinse it, but I don't actually look at it).
Update: Oh no, Pan the Organizer! He's the one that gets me in trouble and in debt! Plus he's a fellow frog like me, ugh ... =p
I’ll be counting brushes trying to go to sleep now. You’re a big help!Don't forget you need brushes for wheels and tires, brushes for painted surfaces, for interior work and now for engine work... And they all need to be different so you don't cross contaminate from one surface to the other.
You're welcome.
