Aloha!

My driveway is down a hill…should I park straight in so front of truck is facing downward, or reverse it so rear is facing down?

Mainly I’m asking because of heavy rain events would it be better for the water to escape out the bed through the tailgate gaps?

Historically, parking brakes work better in preventing a vehicle for going forward than preventing it from going backward. I would park nose down if had to choose. Bed has drain holes near the front so keep them clean and no worries there.

My driveway slopes downhill from the house too.
On the rare occasion I have to park outside the garage, I park nose down as I don't care about the water drain in the bed, but I am sure to back up really close to the garage door because I DO care about mitigating tailgate/taillight theft as best I can.
For whatever that might be worth to ya :)

Rear down as to not collect water in bed...
