Doesn’t mean you should.

This custom Humvee 6X6 has a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 Hellcat engine and a modified aircraft wing.

You can bid on it today at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale.

Oh, and for the record, it’s even uglier than the Jeep Gladiator.

I would walk right by it....not worth my time to pay attention to it. Ugly, useless, absurd...

Brings up the phrase....."Just because you can build something, doesn't mean you should" !!!

A lot of times it is easy access to money that is mistaken for skill.
Someone may have paid for this, but someone definitely had to do all the work. That's the skill I am referring to.

I would drive this any chance I got.

I have no interest in owning that but I love the fact that someone built it. It's great when someone builds something that generates emotional responses. From the responses in this thread it is doing just that.

I'm more in the WTF camp on this one, and wouldn't drive it more than maybe once at the dragstrip just for the hell of it, but I do agree with @Colo_Ranger 's point about the skill necessary to actually build this thing, and can definitely appreciate that.

I dig it. Not something I'd buy but can appreciate. Besides, what else are old humvees good for?
Stuff like this is no different than art you hang on the wall. Except you can usually drive it.
Builder is a French company- https://www.dantonartskustoms.com/
Some pretty wild stuff they've done.

Kind of ironic that it's a French company that stretched out an H1, considering that it's already too wide to fit down most European streets to begin with. Personally, I kind of dig the 400 hp 2CV (CV stands for "chevaux", which is French for "Horses"; this car originally had just 2hp when it first came out), although I probably wouldn't slap brand marketing all over it.

Yeah , the builders are exactly the ones I am talking about. Throw me a wad of cash and I'll throw some shit together too :)
