So I did a kam reset after I had a tune on the truck and this popped up.

I can’tfigure out how to get rid of this and I need the experienced to just random ideas on how to fix this . Because I’ve taken it to the dealer and they can’t even fix it (they dumb) .

I made 4 changes on my truck before the tune in forscan

1. splash screen
2. Daytime.parking lights on at same time(for raptor grill)
3.intelligent off road display
4. Wheel circumference

I took all these back to stock settings and I stil get the check engine light code.

the dealer did put a new pcm module . Thinking that was the problem andthey still can’t figure it out. I get it back tomorrow and I’m trying to get ideas on. How to get rid of this .

truck runs great with this error code but it’s just a pain to see the check engine light.

many ideas please please please help! I’m running out of ideas .

Go in to DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) section and reset the CEL (check engine light).

Oz tune and no I haven’t put the tune back on yet . I’ve been talking to ken and I have to send him a new stock file to see if they updated the module . If so then I have to resubmit for tune update

Can you verify or edit the VIN is accurate?

So what is Forscan reporting that error to be? Got a code on it?

There are 2
0x7E8:p0630
0x7E8:U0422

ill have to look tomorrow what they actually say but it lines up with the pcm vin does not match bcm.

Issue resolved last week. They had to have a ford engineer remap the bum and update it .

Normal see #4
https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17208

Common issues:

(i) FORScan will show all blocks of data in the module. Not all of these blocks are configuration, some may be module internal data that are not a part of As-Built. It is not necessary to back it up, because module will create these data by itself.

(ii) Factory .AB file may not contain all the configuration blocks available in the vehicle. If the number of blocks in .AB file doesn’t match the number of blocks in the module, a warning message will appear. It is recommended to move forward and complete the writing.
