Every year the local high school has drive your tractor to school day. The parking lot is nothing but tractors.I’d rather drive a tractor than a golf cart any day of the week

I noticed today, the Audi dealer in town sells what appear to be pimped out golf carts (which i assume) targets the wealthier folks who live in thisThere's so many people here who drive around in golf carts that they even have reserved spaces at the stores and Walmart.
I wonder what they'd think if I showed up with a Kioti tractor. lol

We never had HOAs in MA unless it was a condo but most areas in AZ have HOAs. Luckily the one I'm in now isn't all that bad and they're pretty lenient. I do like that you have to get approval for exterior paint colors and can't have a bunch of vehicles around so the neighborhood looks nice.I noticed today, the Audi dealer in town sells what appear to be pimped out golf carts (which i assume) targets the wealthier folks who live in thisculthellscapecommunity that is essentially an HOA on steroids with stores, restaurants, and a hotel. These carts are fully enclosed, appear to have full hvac, fancy tires and wheels, 2 rows, etc. I've never seen anything like it. Just learned you cant do any construction on the outside of your house there from memorial day to labor day - I just had AC run in my house with vents, I was talking to the guys doing it and they said they only do work there in the winter because of all the restrictions.
Or maybe if you buy an Audi they throw in a clubcar with doors LOL
That’s a hell of a cart, I bet you will get a monster energy sponsorship quick! We never had HOAs in MA unless it was a condo but most areas in AZ have HOAs. I'e seen some of those tricked out golf carts not so much here but up where we use to live up in Phoenix. Here's the model for the one I'm thinking of having made up.

That’s not a cart……That’s a hell of a cart, I bet you will get a monster energy sponsorship quick!
i get the purpose of HOAs don’t get me wrong but this place ( I do not live here) is essentially it’s own city, it’s a resort area and full of very nice vacation homes that are stacked within feet of each other. If the road I live on had an HOA that fined for vehicles, junk, etc I would love it. The local township has blight laws but doesn’t do anything when complaints are lodged, but if you don’t pull a permit putting up a pole barn they will be trespassing taking pics instantly. Not to get much more off topic then we already have LOL

That’s a cart.
Yeah but it’s a Ford and with all the recalls it’ll be in the shop more than the street!
Not the first time this has happened. Happened here a few years ago with the locally built Ford Territory AWD suv. Ball joint separation. The report says "where the front lower control arm ball joints may have been incorrectly installed or repaired "
Could be that it wasn't torqued properly, or that the ball joint isn't seated correctly in the LCA.
