Mines apparently broke. I don’t use it that much but the last time I got a notification was 10/19/23

I guess I’ve got some troubleshooting to do ?‍

Try logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall. That works with other apps that get wonky.Your personal info stays in your computer and cloud, and should repopulate after reinstalling.

It seems to work okay. the biggest complaint is that you can no longer enter DIY/non QuickLane oil changes from the app; gotta go tho the website. I miss the fuel gauge and oil life bar.

Seems the decontent virus that is running rampant at Ford has infected Ford Pass.

I tried updating DIY service records through Ford.com, and it gave me an error when I tried to save my entry.

WTF? Now I can't even find the current odometer reading on the app!!! Am I missing it somewhere? I've tried looking everywhere that I can find and there is no mileage listing anywhere.

At this point I may just delete the damn app. Not worth the storage space on my phone.

If it's like mine it wont even read out the correct mileage. Mine still says 11,716 when I actually have 13,461 on the OD. If they don't fix this soon I'm going to delete it too as it's now useless!

I tried updating DIY service records through Ford.com, and it gave me an error when I tried to save my entry.

I don’t like having to add DIY oil changes via ford.com, and it will only update if you put in only the mileage, date, and service performed, any other info or notes will cause it to throw a error. They need to put it back in the app where it belongs.

Speaking of FordPass updates, just got this email today:

Effective October 1, 2024, the Points of FordPass Rewards members who don't have a FordPass Rewards Visa® will expire after 18 months of inactivity in their FordPass Rewards account instead of 24 months.

Mine is under Service>Vehicle Health scroll down past Oil Life

It is there now. This morning the Service tab was gone. The Vehicle tab was centered at the bottom of the screen. Service was no where to be found. No clue why. But at least it is back now.

Not impressed with the app I must say.

Honestly, I only ever really use the app to remote start my truck after work to get the AC going. Feel like a fish out of water getting used to the tech on a truck 15 years newer than my last vehicle.

It's a real step down to lose the ability to add self-service records and a photo of receipts through the app. Seems like a way to force you into a dealership, I imagine the online FordPass will take the ability away next. Back to a folder of receipts a I guess.

I left a one star review on the app and got a developer response claiming they would be restoring the ability but seeing that the app updated three months ago I'm not crossing my fingers. Review bombing the app with one star reviews and your specific complaints is a better way of communicating with Ford than posting on an unaffiliated enthusiast website.

I think all the updates suck. I can’t change my remote start schedule can’t see location or anything at all besides starting it and lock/unlock. The app just goes back to the main screen. Well done Ford????

It totally and completely sucks ass! Great job ford. Nothing and I mean nothing except manually remote starting/stopping and lock/unlock works on iOS
