Active Alerts are "Temporarily Unavailable", but the other functions are OK. Last night the tire pressures were dashes (--), but they are showing now.

Been having issues with FP too. Changed my oil Monday, did the reset and it’s still wrong on the app. When I click location it shows my truck 25 miles away when it’s sitting in my driveway.

Mine has shown that since the last update, it has worked flawless for the last 2 years.

Just got back to this thread. I made the changes that had been suggested, still getting 'Unable to Connect'.

I am getting Active Alerts Temporarily Unavailable, but the location is working and so is the tire pressures. Not exactly sure what is not available.

Well everything is now back to working perfectly again. Location now shows up unlike the last month or so.

And just like that, my Ford Pass App suddenly started working, showing the location after weeks of not coming up at all.

Just realized the owners manual is no longer in the app! At least I can't find it. I don't use it often but it was handy when away from my truck, or if it nasty out, like now, and didn't want to go out to get the printed one. Yes, my 2019 came with one WITH a cover. ?

FYI:

Just thought I would post here- Ford Pass released an update to the App.
They brought back the - Update the status by pulling down or swiping down on the page.

Doing this now confirms my theory of when the App checks for an update - it triggers the Waste Gate Actuator to cycle via the Wake Circuit.
You can now - Swipe Down and actually trigger the Wake Circuit and Actuator Cycle.
The unknown is: How many times in the night or periods of inactivity does it check in? creating a voltage draw on the battery.

I recently got my Ranger back after a repair from a fender bender, and the Ford Pass App location page isn't working. I mean I press on 'location' and that function in the app doesn't even open. Everything else in the app works just fine, but it doesn't even bring up the map and mark the location of the truck.

Happened to me as well after a fender bender a year and a half ago. Eventually it should start working.

I was getting the message, on my truck, 'Can't connect to menu at this time' or something similar. My phone couldn't see my truck. All of this had been working fine previously. I did the soft reset, the hard reset. I deleted and reloaded the app on my phone. I called the help line and they had me do it all again. I pulled the TCU fuse. My display didn't show an ESN number for my modem. I disconnected my battery and left it for half an hour. Voila!! When I reconnected the battery the truck asked me to connect to a wifi network. I forgot that I had installed a new router in the house and my truck was no longer connected. Everything is hunky dory again.
