It’s the AVS Aeroskin (textured matte black), I guess what I’d refer to as “Version 1”. The v2 has a raised deflector across the top.

They’re kinda hard to find under the AVS brand, but Ford sells them as OEM equipment/accessories….so if you look at the dealerships with a big online presence they’re still floating around out there.

A quick email to AVS and they sent me a few of there emblems to put on it, lol.
Awesome, thanks!

A. He thinks you overpaid.

or

B. He is broke and can’t afford this.

Not sure which one it is, but it’s one of the two.

?
I chose A

More like “A”. It just seems like a pricey package for mostly cosmetic items, minus the suspension and wheels of course. Roush is a performance brand, and thus I expected more of a “performance parts bin” approach. To each his own though. As for “B”, there’s a much better chance of an asteroid destroying the planet today than me ever being broke. Thanks for the laugh.

I totally agree with you on the price....

What I'm not understanding with Roush and also SVT (Raptor mostly), is that they're making everything 4x4 now.... What happened to 2wd sport trucks? I still haven't made a list of everything I've done to my truck yet, but I think it's around $10k maybe?

When I think of Roush, I expect performance and 2wd, not lifted up, with zero performance options....

I held off buying my truck, when I heard about the Roush Ranger, but once I saw it, I didn't want anything to do with it...

Like you said, to each his own :)

I’ve got a ‘21 Roush and ordered the CAI and Roush tune. The CAI is due to arrive today, so hoping to install it this evening. Having spoken with Roush, the Roush tune retailers are marketing for the ‘19-‘21 Rangers isn’t actually complete yet for the 2021s. They expect the file to be finished and ready to be flashed in 2-3 months, so I’ve got a voucher for it when it’s available.

Personally, while I realize there are perhaps “better” options available for a CAI and tune, I felt I wanted to stick with Roush because it is, after all, a Roush truck. Going with anything else kinda felt “disingenuous” to me, but again, that’s a personal preference.

As far as the intake itself is concerned, while they advertise slight gains I’m not really expecting any noticeable improvements without the tune. If all goes according to plan, I’ll let you know tomorrow what, if any, impacts I notice.

Again, my choice was based purely on sticking with the Roush branding….so I know it’s not gonna be inline with the majority of the replies. I’m also looking ahead to the tune, so that played a role.

Anyway, just thought I’d toss out my .02 cents.

I’ll also note that while a good portion of the Roush Package is cosmetic…it does include extremely nice leather seating along with the upgraded exhaust and suspension, and I love the flares and grille. The WeatherTech mats are also nice. I mention this because I know Roush takes a little flack for being a “cosmetic” upgrade, but with the discount I got it was a no-brainer at the time…..and I love that I’ve never seen another one on the road.

Anyway, I realize that doesn’t actually address your questions….just figured I’d chime in.

Lol, I’m gonna toss in a few recent pics….just for kicks:

What lift/level do you have?
What size tires/rims?
Any offset?
Your truck is the look I’m going for. Thank you.

What kind of hood protector is that on your truck? Is it the AVS Aeroskin Matte Black? Is that the same one Ford sells? I'd like to get a matte black one in a flush style. Really like the one on your Ranger.
