Dust in truck bed?

I use this one too but I was still leaking in from the top of the tailgate so I modified a piece to sit like this to rechannel the water. Also keep in mind that there are holes in the front corners of the bed that also causes water and dust to get in.

You are not wrong about the other holes causing problems but I still believe that the tailgate is the major problem to say the least. Some tape can fix the other holes in my opinion

How do you folks like the ESI Ultimate Tailgate Seal with Taper Seal Compatible with Ford Ranger 2019 and Newer?

And did you add the gap cover recommended by ESI for our Rangers: ESI ROK Block XL Tailgate Gap Cover 7" / 17.78cm Width - Fits All Pickups Worldwide?

It's so so. It takes a while to get it to fit right. I haven't driven on a dusty road so can't say it works or not, but I wasn't impressed with the fit.

I had not seen that ROK block before, but that might solve a lot of the problems.
