So it seems like everyday there's more and more dumb things being done by lets just say "not so bright people". Looks like this could be a good supplement to the joke thread. Sadly this could surpass it in a couple days.

I've seen that one.
I love to watch YouTube videos "Idiots at Work".
I have to admit, when I'm outside working, and I start to do something, I remember those videos and decide to take a different approach.
.
The other videos I like to watch are 'idiot drivers'. And again, it can be educational - in that if you are driving down the left lane at a nice speed and there's a line of backed up cars to your right, it's a good idea to slow down, because something stupid is likely to happen.

I actually installed pallet racking for a period in my career. It's pretty obvious OSHA had to get involved with this one. Personally, I think the lowest level should be of a heavier construction, and the floor attachment more substantial.

With halloween approaching this is maybe appropriate perhaps a Darwinism with a macabre twist ? Wonder what the odds of this happening were, I grew up and was living in the area at the time this grisly incident occurred. This really did happen. Ouch
