Just so you are all aware, I ordered a set of Bronco Sport vinyl letters in turquoise blue for my wife's Bronco Sport. (I realize this is a Ranger Forum, however I am trying to protect my friends here as well). I receive them and they are actually more green and not even close to blue. I am dealing with them, however after their mistake, delays, and telling me my computer monitor is bad, it looks as if I am going to have to pay for shipping charges both ways and mail them out a certified letter with the new green letters since they advised they may not receive them if not sent certified, how convenient for them to say they never received them, and lose money on this deal. I hate to complain about a company, however I am hoping that no one else has to go through the trouble I have been going through with them. That is the reason for my post here. Check out the picture below.

Or, you could just charge back the sale on your CC or however you paid. Jamb those in an envelope and send them back.

Plenty of vendors out there that do these the way you want them without those hassles!

Sorry but that's green! I've been dealing with colors for 40 years and even Hellen Keller could see this. Sorry you're having to go through this and thanks for the warning.

Thanks Dave. It is really the issue of extremely poor customer service. I have ordered from Etsy and had good results and been treated good as well. I hate shady businesses and I just hope that others don't get zinged by 4X4 Graphics. Thanks!

BTW how do you and your wife like the Bronco Sport now that you've had time to put some miles on it?

Really enjoy it a lot. Thanks for asking. It is the Badlands edition with the 2.0 cylinder Eco boost and is quick plus the ride is good even with the Falken Wildpeak tires. Very good gas mileage as well. I would buy it again. What is the progress on your Bronco order? Any news? Thanks1

Glad to hear you guys are liking it. You'll probably be enjoying it more once the weathers nicer (not that's it's to bad there now) and you can get out even more.

As far as mine goes it doesn't look good. Especially after the new news Ford dropped the other day about even more constraints. They're giving people $2,500 to changed their builds into something that doesn't have a constraint, basically something I don't want. Plus I'm still high (#408) on Grangers list and they're speculating on only getting around 150 allocations this year. So now I'm moving my excitement towards the new Ranger Raptor. IF the price isn't to crazy I'm first on y dealers list for one but we shall see. Thanks for asking...

I’d be none the wiser.

I am kind of impressionable, so remind me not to read your review on your new Ranger Raptor when you get it...LOL!!! You are probably going to love it and I can see my keyboard all wet with tears of joy for you when you get it!!! Or will I be crying because you have it and I don't... Either way, I better order a new keyboard

Remember this all depends on the price. lol I might be even a worse influence on you than you think. If I get it the dealer is back in MA and we'll most likely be driving through (or close enough) to TN. I might just have to swing by and let you see (and drive) it in person. Annies good friend lives in Dandridge (I know we've talked about this before) and she wants to see her and also see TN. You might need more than a new keyboard then. ?

The door is always open and if you are close, you better stop by for a visit!!! And Sherry will kill me if I buy another vehicle! Actually, I love the Ranger Tremor and I just washed it and put in a new air filter, so I might be ok with seeing your Ranger Raptor! Maybe not too...LOL!!! Where don I sign for the new payment booklet... :giggle:

What kind of company wants to squabble over a few dollars cost to them in vinyl?

A shit company thats who.

I have regularly used a company called lettering.com for a few years now. Even if you screw your installation up they will send you a replacement at no cost and that includes no shipping cost.

My guess is this is some dude and his mom's basement being a penny pinching terrible business owner.

Hi Phil,

When I was managing Ford Off Road Racing, before the race we had a Contingency Row lined with vendors, Including Competition Graphics....CG was tops. Right there in the parking lot they could do wonders with their equipment and array of vinyl colors. Can do and Cheap...a real value and as such this is a CRAP company out of Mom's basement as you stated.

Back Story,

Learning on how to put graphics on my SCCA race trucks was an adventure until Livernios and I learned how to do it easily. The worst we encounter was the 5' long General Tire decal as the Saleen Team in the SCCA RaceTruck Challenge series was sponsored by General Tire. The trick we learned was a spray bottle of soap and water with a squeegee to displace the soapy water. Live and learn... We

Here is a pix of the lower cab of the RaceTrucks I built at Livernoise Engineering with these huge decals....Detroit Grand Prix... Indy Car driver Pete Halsmer who had become a friend of mine.
