Did the fronts today, only took 98k miles. Took me about 2 hours with the crappiest autozone spring compressor I ever rented. These springs are so soft it compressed with minimal effort. Also did the outer tie rods and end links while I was there.
long story short, if your on the fence just do it. Amazing ride difference, and not firm at all, just more controlled. I did the first notch, 0.6 inches. Its obviously taller but just makes the rake less pronounced. Stock tires look fine still.
