I'm liking the setup for extra switches that looks like Tremor will have. Curious what some of you have for set-ups for additional switches for lights ect.

Couldn't really bring myself to spend hundreds on fancy lighted flat panel switch controls. Got this aluminum housing switch box on Amazon for $30.00 - self contained fuses with 40 amps on the entire circuit and 20 amps on each switch. All I had to do was add some relays.

Single power and single ground, then just 4 ACC lines. Setup rigged using a trigger fuse in the factory fuse box so it only gets juice when the vehicle is turned on.

I'm happy with the LightForce switch fascia.

I am also. When I am done, it will have an rj45 pass through connector for remote mic to radio on back cab panel and two serious switches - 1 for flux capacitor and 1 for mini-guns ?

Definitely not fancy, but they are robust and get the job done. Run a couple of lights on the front.
Maybe not fancy, but probably the most subtle and discreet. I dig it.

I wanted to do something similar, but couldn't bring myself to mess with getting the wiring up there and drilling the two holes on a black section of interior you can't see made me cringe enough.

I'm that guy who can measure 5 times and still somehow install something crooked.

How did you run the wiring from front of truck to the center dash?

I really love how that looks! I am wanting to add a lower light bar and maybe some hood-mounted lights, but I am nervous to spend a good chunk of change and not be able to get the wiring done correctly. Never tried this before on a vehicle and hear the firewall is really tough to get through.

There is a large rubber boot/grommet on both the driver and passenger sides of the truck on the firewall. For the wiring for the lighting, I used a "wire insertion tool" (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073WZCL8Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to get through the firewall boot/grommet on the driver side. from there it was pretty easy to run up under the dash to the light panel, and then back to the fuse box (driver side under the steering wheel) from the light panel for power using an "add-a-circuit" (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SR71LPP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

To use the wire insertion tool, you push it through the rubber boot/grommet from the inside of the truck. This leaves the pointy end in the engine bay. You insert your wires through the pointy end, and then go back into the cab of your truck and finish pulling them through (they'll be poking out of the handle). Then you pull the tool out of the boot/grommet and off of the wire. It was pretty easy.

There is also an unused rubber grommet right under the driver side floor board all you have to do is cut through the sound deadening material and carpet backing material and then push the wire through and it pretty much comes up on its own where the gas and brake pedal are

Great info, thank you!

I can get a fish wire through the grommet, but its hitting something on the other side of the firewall. How are you able to see where the tool is sticking through the grommet? For the life of me, I can't find where the fish wire is sticking out through the grommet from inside the engine bay. Do I need to stick the truck in the lift?

I climbed up on my front bumper to look into the engine bay. But my bumper is aftermarket.

Maybe try the passenger side and take the reservoir off first for better access and view?

Does anyone know if the 2021 Tremor rocker switch panel that is on the dash "candy tray" is adaptable to a 2019 XLT?

It should fit in place of the tray, the sashes are the same. I don’t know if anybody has been able to get all the parts together to do this yet. None of the wiring is there. So you’ll have that to contend with.
It looks like there are a number of aftermarket solutions that look good, function well, and are more affordable than the OEM switches. In fact, for less money, you can get more functionality - configurable switches, Bluetooth control, flash/strobe options, etc.
