Auto Fold Mirrors

On my window sticker under "Standard Equipment Included At No Extra Charge" Exterior it says "Mirrors-Pwr/Htd/Auto Fold" ---I do not have AUTO FOLD.

Does anyone else have this stated on their window sticker? I am scheduled for the Works Package next month. I plan to take the window sticker with me and see what sales has to say.

Since moving I'm not sure when my window sticker is but I do remember seeing that on it. I'm guessing they mean when you push the button on the dash that they"auto fold" and not having to manually push them in from the outside.

What year model do you have? I'm jealous of the heated mirrors. I have power fold, but not auto fold or heat.

I didn't realize I had the folding mirrors until I spotted the button, it's kinda hidden by the left side of my steering wheel, I love it. I love it even more since I bought and installed the auto up window device that also auto folds the mirrors when you look the doors. If I hit the lock on the door it folds them but doesn't close the windows ( I hit the unlock right after) in this heat I can leave a couple of windows partially open when Im the garage. When you use the remote it folds and closes automatically.

I had a parking lot showdown with another Ranger owner a couple weeks ago. A nice looking lariat/FX4. I hop out and fist bump my door handle. Mirrors fold in and windows go up. That’s the middle-age flex!

Button on dash to left of steering column....Put your finger on the button and "automatically push button"....mirrors fold !!!
Yoda says....if the Force is strong within you, finger push may not be necessary....Force will "push" !!!

Tip of the day.....After you hit the button to fold them turn the ignition off and press the button again before opening the door. Now when you get back in and start your truck they'll auto open.

I'm jealous of the heated mirrors. I have power fold, but not auto fold or heat.

I have been tempted far too many times to buy some lariat mirrors to put on my XLT and work out the extra wiring to get the heating elements to work. Living in a humid climate with many winter freeze/thaw cycles, my side mirrors get misty or icy quite often in the cooler months.

You have just given me reason to research how to add power fold mirrors, touch to lock door handles, and the auto up mod (I’ve seen it before on a YT video about it and installation.) to my XLT Tremor.. I wanna fist bump my truck to lock it tooo ?.

appreciate that, limited space will require me to do this bit by bit. Wifey loves me very much, but not you can have multiple “parts cars” very much ?. Also we are in process of executing our current plan which means no buying another truck…. Yet.
