Are your side markers led or incandescent?

If incandescent, try an led and see if it works. It's likely the incandescent is dropping the voltage down too much due to higher resistance.
They are the aftermarket led ones. I really enjoy the extra safety of having more signaling lights on the side like 90% of modern vehicles have, but i had to unplug my jumper wire so the headlights can work properly. My loss i guess.

Just a thought. It might be a grounding issue as some of the lighting uses a switched negitive through the BCM.

I'll have to look into that. The way i have it now is just a spare wire running from the harness's indicator wire to the positive wire on the side marker. I may have to add a wire from the negative line on the headlight harness going to the market light. A lot of cutting wires.

Does anyone know why my DRL harness for the LUXX headlights does not seem to fit into fuse #24? It seems really loose and is not working as expected when my automatic lights are on. I tried to call alpharex numerous times but they don't seem to have a clue. Thanks!

No, it does not fit in that slot, since there's no terminals there, at least on my '21. I contacted them and told them this and they said they would add it to their description, but I guess that didn't happen?

I used the electric steering fuse and everything works as it should.

Wow. Awesome - thanks. Gonna go try this now. As a Vols fan, I'm gonna pull for Bama for you this weekend.
I'm an automobile fan, not a sports fan, but thanks! And I'm sorry you're a VOLS fan, LOL!

Well after having the Alpharex Luxx series for quite a while(a little over 6 months I belive) I finally have a review of sorts that definitely beeds to be heard.

Now in general the lights are cool looking and very sleek. That is part of why I bought them. Also the price point. For a projector headlight assembly it does its job well to an extent as there are some drawbacks(soon I say). The lights do shine far and I have gotten the comments on how my lights are bright.

Now for the not so good. As stated from AlphaRex the lights are roughly 5700K color temperature(yes it matters and we will touch base soon). Yes its a nice light but still has drawbacks. Also when you turn on the high beams the light only shines the center. Yeah a projector is going to do this naturally but sometimes you need a bit more then that.

Now to the importance of the color temperature(yes that inclides you LED bulb droppers out there). Why does this matter? Well thanks to proven science we have all learned that a light with a more yellow or orange light will preform better in inclement weather like Rain, Snow, Fog and heavy dusty conditions. A light that is more white tends to not do so well. Why does this matter? Well the Luxx series lights and many drop in LED lights are ar or above that threshold of white light and are sometimes a blue light(but yet not true blue). When the light is that color(5700K and above) the light will be reflected back at you and you wont be able to see anything.

Now with the color temp out of the way here are some things i recently delr with that were not fun at all. Here in Colorado we can get oh so wonderful weather conditions that will make you trst your skills(both good and bad). Today we ended up with some bice heavy fog that had me tensed up quite a bit. Well when I hit heavy fog I emded up having to turn my headlights off and keep the Fog lights on(not going to lie it is a nice feature). My Fog lights are back to OEM but with PIAA Xtreme White Plus bulbs in them. With those I was able to see good enough to get through but still not easy. I have also run into similar issues with snow(loght snow isnt much issue).

Now you wonder what I plan to do? Well I plan on going back to the factory lights with PIAA Xtreme White Plus bulbs in both high and low beam. In general it will help with these type of situations. After taking care of the aim I should still have good distance but not as good as the projector lights(a tradeoff I need to take). What is going to happen with the AlphaRex Luxx assemblies? They will be up for sale after I change the lighrs out this weekend(I still have the original boxes and packaging). If interested in them let me know and I can work a deal with you(no you wont get them at half price).

Until next time and then I will start the review of the PIAA lights!!

Hahaha ?
I prefer the pros over the luxx. You could've dropped some yellow LED bulbs in there instead of going back to the stock headlamp assembly or why not run yellow fogs since you just proved your theory that yellow lights are better than white lights in extreme conditions. Why prove a theory to them go with what you proved to be inferior, which are the white bulbs.
I will say that my halogen reflector high beams were brighter than my projector high beams for sure, but I have a light bar plus I run 2 9" led bars as fog lights clocked at about 20° from the center.

Perhaps you did not hear the fact that I already have frogs close enough to the yellow that aren't a problem. Also wasn't able to take care of the light in front of the headlight enough. As for the Pro Series it's still a projector style and still has its limitations
