Ever since getting my '21 XLT supercab new last year, at highway speeds I hear air noise from side windows.
Some noise is of course expected due to pressure differences when operating at high speeds, but the noise is coming from two specific spots.

I used a mechanics stethoscope to hear air coming from:

1) From the inside of each side window, right next to the side-view mirrors. It's not mirror noise. Same noise with mirrors retracted, and it's definitely from the door.

2) top back corners of each side window.

Does anyone else have this? Is this a manufacturing defect?
I don't near this wind noise anywhere else, except for these two locations...

I inspected the seals, but they seem in good shape (it occurred when a brand new vehicle as well)

How can I fix this?

Hopefully you have a good dealer, if so I'd bring it back to them and have them look at it. Mine is very quiet with little to no wind noise at high speeds. Even at 80+ mph it's still very quiet inside the cab.

Also recommend taking it to dealer. Could be the weather stripping isn't sealed quite right, or even that the door isn't hanging quite right. Both are fairly easy fixes but should definitely fall under warranty.

I had an F150 scab that made the same wind noise. I think its from the door design.

I don't think my doors are hanging wrong or anything is amiss with the weatherstripping.
I chalk it up to the design.
I'll get on the freeway and raise all my windows, and from the noise you'd think the windows didn't close all the way.

Mine does the same. Like a window just barely left open. Weather seals? Window seals, door everything looks even and in its place.

Ozzys boneyard, hair Nation, octane or liquid metal. Crank the volume between 20 and 30 is the fix i use.

I know it's a delayed update, but i just received a notification of this thread being moved, so:

I was able to resolve (1) by adding some caulking to the outside body panel seam between the A-pillar and hood. I traced that as the source and verified where to seal with compressed air, taping different parts, and a helper inside the vehicle.

So, a small ~4" bead on each side caused the noise to reduce; it seems the air doesn't get funneled into the door when that path is closed off.

I wasn't able to resolve (2)

it's a SCab thing, I think.
I have the air noise sometimes on mine, too. It could be door alignment. My right door latches around 30 thousands out at the bottom to the rear suicide door, I can feel it when I rub my had across the seam. but wind noise comes from around the upper door frame. I've never checked to see exactly where. I don't think much can be done, as there is some flex designed in because there is no B-pillar to hold the front door rigid when closed.

Mine has wind noise as well. Pretty good on a calm day. But on a really windy day, combined with highway speeds, quite a bit of wind noise in the cab.

Probably just my age, but doesn't really bother me. But clearly I've notice it so there's that.

JB, thanks for the update. Can you attach a pic of the area you caulked when you have a chance?
