I did a quick search for this but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. Has anyone added an aftermarket engine temp and trans temp gauge to a 2020 Lariat?

I've outfitted my 2020 Lariat with a snow plow and will want to keep any eye on temps when plowing my driveway this winter By the time winter comes around, I will have replaced the stock infotainment screen with a Linkswell 6th-gen unit, but I don't know if that will make any difference for this purpose.

Looking at the Linkswell site, it does say this:
" ***May not be compatible with other aftermarket CANBUS devices that are installed in the vehicle….. ie tuners, start stop bypasses, OBD devices, speed calibrators etc. "

But does not say if it will display "OEM" OBD-II items... ie: does it have a ODB-II connection at all. Given that OBD-II does not generally have oil & trans temps this may not be an issue.

What kind of gauges you looking for? There would seem to be a limited range of types to choose from.

Might look here for ideas... https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/dash-tray-gauge-pod.20442/

I am looking to install a water temp gauge and transmission temp gauge. I like the setup in the linked post. If I did that, I'd have to figure out what I'd use for the third gauge that would be useful. Maybe oil temp to go with the water temp.

Scan Gauge lll......has everything you need
The Scan Gauge looks interesting; I'll have to contact them when they're open and get more information.

The AeroGauge can display both temps. Their gauge mount fits the Lariat too.
Do you have a link? When I Google AeroGauge, I just get video game links.

There is not a - Engine Oil Temp PID, Oil Temp is a (Inferred) temp at the PCM, it uses the ECT and CHT temps for reference only as there is not a dedicated Engine Oil Temp sensor on the Ranger.
