Adding Heated Mirrors to XLT?

I did this on my Frontier. Nissan had common harnesses so it was pretty easy to add stuf, but sometimes you did have to go all the way to the relay center. Anyway was an easy mod then, tied into the rear defrost.
Hopefully some brave soul will dig into this.
Heated mirrors are second only to heated seats!

I'm going to bump this because I've been wondering why the XLT trim doesn't have heated mirrors (my cheap Subaru had them!?) and if anyone's figured out an easy/cheap way to add them. Also, I want everyone to read Phil's story on Page 1 LMAO.

Highlighted at the bottom of his post. "lariat side mirrors". If you are a mobile device I dont think you see it....at least thats what I noticed when on my iPhone

Ahh good point I did not realize that signatures do not show up when on a mobile I will fix when I get back to a computer

i wish my XLT had heated mirrors. My F150 did and it spolied me

For now I use de-icing spray.
But, I had a friend who used covers, like a drawstring bag over his unheated mirrors and thats not a bad compromise.
