How were you able to 'talk' to the CCM?
I installed my stock PCM tune and created a new profile but the CCM does not show up on my module list.

I guessing it's communicating with the IPMA, because when I choose to enable Adaptive Cruise in the IPMA with the first choice in the GUI, I set a configuration code U2100 in the IPMA that tells me that is sees the CCM but it hasn't been completely programmed/calibrated yet?

It looks like we have the same truck including no Nav and adding the TM button (I also added an XLT cluster)
I'm happy to grab any data that might assist.
Yep you are seeing exactly what I was. And the diagrams contradict all of this.

We need a diagram/pinout of the IPMA as the signals to use are on 3 and 11 in other vehicles, Mine has no wire connected to pin 11. VMF04/05 should be present at the IPMA connector.

The Maverick guys list using Pin 3 and 11 from the IPMA

FROM A FORD MAVERICK

and CHrisin mentioned this to me last night but my IMPA looks like this: (No wire in PIN 3 or PIN 11)

And I believe the Mavrick pinout is the same. There is no CANBUS other than the High Speed one at the IPMA, Pins 9 and 10 at the IPMA at the pins 19,20 @ C903 that I used.

Confirmed, I don't have those terminals either - minor setback.

Looks like the wires were deleted between A pillar - C919 and the IPMA - C9224 - similar to the CAN wiring delete under the headlight.

I'll stop at the dismantlers tomorrow where I got the sensor and see if they'll let me grab the connector at the IPMA (Or at least look at it) to verify that terminals 3 and 11 exist in a Ranger that has ACC.

I had looked into the wires at the IPMA when I started. And can confirm that 2019 (at least mine) has the wires.

This is the connector at the module C9224. The wires are on the right, 1 in from the end. And the color and pin-out matched the schematic and connector detail.

C919 can be seen on the LH side above.
Again wires are present and colors and pin-out match. Wires are on the end closest to the camera.

Everything seems right - but I have a 2019. Not sure when I will have the time to hook mine up.
Sorry I don't have more guys.

All good - we're all learning together!
Probably some random delete thing from the factory. Weird that the CAN wires are deleted before the A pillar and after C919 but a foot of copper here and there adds $$ up when mass production is considered.

An easy grab this morning - the donor Ranger was a pretty good wreck and the IPMA and rear view mirror were sitting on the passenger seat.

The part number for the harness WITH the ACC Sensor to IPMA CAN wires in it is: KB3T-14G540

Nice find... I'm in the same boat. So it sounds like I have 2 choices, get the harness, or run a pair of wires from the IMPA to connector C903 pins 2 and 3.

I will see if I can find the terminal contacts for you guys

From this F150 post Last image has the terminal parts numbers and it looks like the same connector in our Rangers,
I think the terminal pin you need to add the wires to the IPMA is DU5T-14474-DAA (Ford P/N)
Digging for a source to buy....

Here is the Molex connector body 348240124
and Molex terminal P/N 5600230444 or 5600230445 (same part different wind direction)
And a source to buy! DigiKey

Please check my work!

Thank You... Ordered.

I will run a couple of jumpers, so see the outcome.

I have adaptive cruise!!!
I have adaptive cruise!!!
I have adaptive cruise!!!

The only settings that that 'broke' something were the ones suggested for the APIM - I'm guessing it's for the 'ding' when it engages/disengages. If I use the suggested settings, I get a navigation error (I don't have navigation so one of the settings must be for Navi) I'll add one setting at a time tomorrow and see what happens.
I changed my APIM to the stock settings and ACC works fine.

Couple of notes:
-If using a used ACC sensor, you will need to go into to ACC As-built and set your VIN in or you get a mis-match trouble code. I have a used ACC sensor so I didn't even have to calibrate it - lucky me.
-You need to go into the IPC GUI and enable Adaptive Cruise and the Adaptive Cruise Menu.

One nice thing that inadvertently gets added is the forward sensor danger/distance can be displayed where the truck icon is when cruise is turned off. It's a setting that you can turn on in the IPC menus with the steering wheel controls.

Excellent news! This is with the cable you found? Are you still pulling your CANBUS+/- from 2/3 @ C903 in the A Pillar

What coding did you use for the ABS?

My data says:

760-03-01 would change from:

xxx# xx

# Values:
4 -elocker, -Acc
5 +elocker, -Acc
6 -elocker, +Acc
7 +elocker, +Acc

So for me I have no elocker, so this would change from a 4 to a 6

Looks like we aren't the only Fords to lose the wiring from IPMA to the Connector

Your exact numbers might be a little different but the numbers/letters in bold are the ones to change. As stated above, I made NO changes to the the APIM.
I have attached my spreadsheet.

I pushed my Ford Performance tune back in and everything still plays nicely together.

Edit: Updated Spreadsheet to remove APIM Changes

You are correct. I have an e-locker so I went with 7.

Now to plug the Trail Control switch in to see if that's already working.
I have the VIN and as-built from my donor truck so I will have to do a little comparing.

Edit: Also, I have no trouble codes set!

Way to go @5G Dan-O!
Some comments - both the BCM and the SCCM can be set via easy mode.
Interesting, my APIM 7D0-02-02 already has xxx8 xxxx xxxx (TC and TM related?). But I will follow your lead and leave the other 2 unchanged.

This is killing me - I want to run out and hook up the CCM wires and swap the swtiches and FORScan away. But I have a job interview tomorrow and cant be up late!

Oh and I have a new CCM, so I will be figuring out calibration :-/

Thanks for being US patient zero!

I knew it was going to be one of the three of us.
I will thank you for the kudos, I won't brag too much but I will proudly display the trophy. :)
I couldn't have done it without the as-built codes provided here in this thread!

I want to get TC going, I have the switch. I need another VIN to grab as-built to compare.
I'm guessing IPC, ABS and maybe PCM need to be altered.
Do you have any coding that I can try?
It would be cool if I'm already there with TC and I just need to add the console switch sitting on my tool box.

@daczone
I grabbed the new to me short harness right under the rear view mirror cover that had the missing CAN wires - an easy plug-and-play swap.

I tied the CAN wires from the sensor out front to the module side of connector C903 at the A pillar.
My harness had the CAN wires from C903 to C919 but were missing from C919 to the IPMA - which is weird!

Does anyone have a guess as to what the suggested APIM coding is for? I don't have anything changed right now in the APIM so not sure if it needed it or not.
