If you aim them a little lower than 'recommended' you should be fine. I haven't been flashed once since I installed them.
Given how many bro-dozers run cheap lightbars on the roads, I wouldn't worry about your headlights shining a little bit. Plus have you seen how bad Subaru's projectors are? Those things I swear are just aimed at eye level...

Do you have any issues with the trasharoo on the tailgate and how did you mount it? Did you do anything to protect the paint on the tailgate? Love the build!

I do not have any issues. I haven't noticed any paint scratches or such. I used webbing connected to tailgate screws to keep it from falling down. I will try to get some pictures.

they have straps designed to go around a spare so you can run them under the tail gate and up and clip it on but do not leave it on all the time... mine fell apart after a year or so of use sadly they dont hold up well from the abuse of the sun

I modified those straps because, when I put things in the bag, it would rotate down. The way I did it, it can't rotate.

It does make me reverse sensor go off ALL. THE. TIME. when I am in reverse. I guess that's a 'problem'. It works just fine, but it beeps constantly when in reverse.

for mine, the clasps are attached to the truck. I can remove the bag when I am not out using it, but easy to attach when I go out. Just a little webbing and clasps are left on the bed when I am not using it.

Well I did it. I joined the dark side or bright side? I bought Auxito LEDs to replace my halogens. Stage3 did have a discount on Alpharex LED headlights but it was still $700+!!! I couldn't spend that much right now as I bought other goodies too. I'll use the Auxitos for a bit. I needed better lighting. I think the hard part is going to be aiming these suckers so that they don't blind other drivers. They should arrive tomorrow and I'll install over the weekend.
Welcome! My wife has not gotten flashed for being too bright whilst chauffeuring me around at night in the ranger.??

So I use this trash bag. It's expensive but heavy duty. The best thing about it is that the bag will swing down when you have the tailgate open making it more usable. I leave the straps attached always. I just take the bag off when not in use. It does not shift.

It's been pretty good so far. I put firewood, tools, and trash in it. The color has not faded so far. One of the other guys in my group has the same bag in Blue and he loves it. He did have trouble with the bottom buckle getting caught when he closed the tailgate. I suggested giving it a little more slack. Other than that it's been great. I use it often. It does get dirty as all things will that hangout in the back when on dusty roads.
