I agree with the group, bad shock. Time for some Bilsteins. My factory FX4 shocks were leaking by 12K. They need to be replaced in pairs so put some good ones on.

Shocks/struts are wear items like tires.

And one of those things that can be improved with replacement.

Do some pushups to get ready for installing the Bilsteins. ?

Compressing the Bilsteins is WAYYYY different than compressing the factory shocks ?

You might need to use a big flat blade screwdriver or a prybar to lever the lower shock eye into place.

But with that said, it is a very easy and VERY worthwhile operation.
