No modifications were made to the abs/ traction control system. It just simply does not have ABS, TCS and other systems based off the wheel speed. The ABS light, traction control light and the steering malfunction message are all on.
I did try several attempts at modifying the tone ring on the jeep front axle to make it happy but I never could find the right tooth count/ spacing to satisfy it. I'm sure with a cnc machine and some math that a tone wheel could be made to work.

Sorry for reviving such an old thread, but I am genuinely considering doing this on my Ranger. Anything you would do differently right off the bat? Or any advice to offer?
