2019 just turned over 66,000 miles - no issues beyond normal maintenance stuff. I love this truck!

Additionally,As for the cat degraded part, do you ever push the skinny pedal hard for a few seconds or more? If no, then you should try the good old "Italian tune up" procedure on a long E-way entrance ramp.
Basically get the exhaust gasses flowing hot and heavy in the cat to burn out any extra carbon that might have built up from using to light of pressure on the skinny pedal.
Bragging AGAIN!!Does 148,500 count???
As of January 17, 2026.

149,867 as of yesterday at the Ford dealership. Had all fluids changed.Bragging AGAIN!!
I am so insanely jealous!
Seriously I hope you get another 150K out of it.
All original brakes at 150,000 and just passed inspection yesterday.I'm still on my original brakes all around at 75k. Just passed inspection to boot.
A few years ago I used a similar product on my son's Mustang, Cat-A-Clean I think it was called, it did work, the CEL stayed off, mpg was better, and the smell went away.Additionally,
Use ONLY Top Tier Fuel, and maybe a can or two of TechRon. It will clean up any sticking injectors that may be running a tad rich which foul the cat over time (as does cheap gas).
If that doesn't help you can always try this stuff (I've never used it).

All of this is far less expensive than Cat replacement.
My rears were replaced at state inspection only because the caliper sliders stuck and the inner pads were worn out. The outer pads were fine. This year's inspection is next month but I'm anticipating needing new fronts.I'm still on my original brakes all around at 75k. Just passed inspection to boot.
With 60+ years in maintenance, I firmly believe that how well you take care of the machine determines how well the machine takes care of you.120k. Replaced rear brakes, they were glazed woops my fault. Trans at 75k. Plugs every 30k. Since 75k trans serviced every 30k. Diffs done every 50k. Ect. I over maintain but a blown trans is common for a long time ford truck owner. E4OD or 4r100 anyone lol.
