Yup, that's what I saw. Shouldn't be more than a coolant drain and fill and replacing the block heater. Two hours tops unless they got chimps working in the service bay!!

I think the manual calls for the intake manifold to be pulled, so hopefully, no chimps.

Oh, that's different. Dumb me. I just figured the heater would be in a freeze plug location towards the bottom of the block like a V8. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know!!

The 2019 Manual - Calls for the Intake Removal - however the 2020 and up, that step in no longer in the manuals.
It was only for ease of access and can be done without removing the intake manifold.

Yes - Same as the Oil Filter (Access)
Just move the coolant hoses out of the way and then you have access to the block heater.

And IF you just want to - Remove it - here is the PN for the Plug to plug the hole:
This is what the current Recall calls out - remove and install this plug - until parts are available.
Plus remove and stow the (Wiring) in the truck (Cab) for use after the new block heater is installed.

GTR Carbide headlights. My aftermarket low beam LED bulbs were cutting out when used with high beam on my last roadtrip. Replacement bulb I think typically go for about $80+ on mine, and open box Carbide was $320-ish for the set. After reading little bit about this set on this site(possible faulty adjusters), it might be a bit of gamble.,,
