Gotta have a 3D printer in order to 3D print something and those are pricey
No, you just need a design. Countless websites, services, friends and forum members could print it for you quickly and cheaply.

So I got the new spouts in today. Along with them came an interesting sheet of paper from Campingmaxx. Thought you guys would want to see it.

I like the little 2.5 gallon Wavian. Just never, ever put water in your fuel can - it'll dissolve a coating in the can (not sure why anyone would put water in a gas can - maybe to clean it out in preparation for 303 Graphene?).

They have a long history and seem to continue being quality.

FYI, the default fill spouts that come with those like to get stuck in our fill ports unless you unscrew them and rotate the nozzle one set of screw holes

Info for those with the spring loaded Wavian nozzles....The kind where you have to try and hold the tank and pull back on the nozzle end to start the flow...
You can take the nozzle apart and remove the spring assembly.....this allows you to simply push the end and the flow will start. When done, just pull the nozzle end out and it will "click" closing the flow.
Eliminates the need for "3 hands" to use the Wavian tank.
Yep, I did that mod too and it is better. However, the rate of flow is still much less than the green non-EPA spec one you can find on Amazon (sorry, no link at the ready). The modified red one still flows laterally, with the stream split a few different ways. It does not flow straight out the end. I didn't time it, but did fill my truck tank with both of my Wavian cans, one with the modded EPA nozzle, one with aftermarket. Aftermarket seemed nearly twice as fast.

I'll admit I've never tried to fill from the Wavian directly into our fuel nozzle port on the truck, it was my understanding it would not accept a nozzle, that you had to use a funnel. One was shared here that definitely fit past the safety barrier in our trucks, and I bought two of them. Its much larger than the tiny white one that comes with our trucks. I've field filled with that funnel and Wavian a few times now, works like a charm, very fast.

Is anyone getting fuel past the theft-proof mechanism of our fuel port, without a funnel? That was not my understanding but I'd be very happy to be wrong. Ford includes the little funnel for this purpose, so I thought that was a hard no.
