Well, another 10R80 down. This one made it to 40k miles before the usual issues started—rough downshifting at speed, jerky at low speeds, and one day it wouldn’t even go into reverse until I restarted the truck.

I was a little concerned the dealership might push back since I installed the Ford Performance tune myself. Had my arguments ready—but it never even came up.

Big thanks to Ken Grody Ford. They’ve been great through the whole process. Even gave me a rental for the entire time, no questions asked—even when they didn’t have to. Really appreciate the solid customer service and how they handled everything.

UPDATE: Got my truck back and it runs great (didn't realize how much power was lost).

Glad they took care of you. Ford is a clown greedy company for not recalling these trannies. They know.

I made it to 59640 miles on my 2020 built in December of 2020 and purchased in Feb of 2021 so it was covered under power train warranty.
Dealer left off the fender splash pads on both sides on return and denies knowing anything about it. No loaner so I had to rent for 7 days. Now getting a massive run around trying to get that reimbursed from my Ford Premium protect plan.
Looks like I am going to have to take court action against Ford and the dealer.

Ken Groudy Ford Buena Park. Ask four Roul. Mine is still being repaired. I'll give an update when it's done
