I ordered. Order says pending but the Ford parts guy said it would cancel since there is no inventory. Right now I’m just waiting. The aftermarket sounds like it’s running into trouble based on his email.

I just talked to Ford Parts support. None in stock and no ETA.

It took a little digging with the service rep I talked to, I pushed for an ETA and it seemed that he had to look in another system or somewhere else in that same system because it took a minute for him to get me an answer but he was able to confirm that there was an ETA on the back order of November 4th in the Ford Parts warehouse they use. He told me to just place the order on or after November 4th and it shouldn't be a problem. I tried my local dealer that I bought my truck from and he said there are certain dealers that have different part warehouse access, because when I looked on ford.parts website, they didn't even show as an option for local pickup. That is really the extent of what I know and I was on the phone so I wasn't able to watch the service rep and see where he was looking.

Got a return phone call today from my dealerships part dept. Was told Ford replied to their email stating it is being released in the beginning of Nov, no specific date just he beginning of Nov. Peace!

so...Nov 4th 2019....Fords parts ordering servers will crash, and so will the hearts of hundreds if not thousands of hopefuls.

I wish I could have that forethought on what lottery numbers to pick.

No, it does not. Nor does the sheet metal have the required hole for the cam to pass through.

It won’t get canceled. I keep getting emails from dealers that I contacted. Their all saying avail for order now. 7-10 days ETA. Post #150

Do you have to order it from a certain Ford site/dealer? I typed the specific product # in from your post to ford parts site and got "product not found"
