Today is the E30 tune install from Revolution auto, very excited to try this

Quick update finding traction to be an issue, but still got my 0-60 down to 5.2 seconds inching closer to my goals

Have you taken it to the dragstrip in Vegas? I have never had a vehicle there but was sad hearing Irwindale Speedway in CA really closed this time. So many passes in my Mustang there.

Yes, last December I was at the speedway best pass was 14.1 on 91 octane tune and street tires, 60-foot times were terrible

Sheesh, that is getting quick for a truck, did the new turbo give you any lag?

I hate the lag in the stock Ranger but also think some of it is Ford throttle/trans tuning? Told the foreman I might put a tune on this engine since the odds of two bad engines is even more rare now lol

The “lag” in the stock truck is not turbo lag at all. In fact the stock turbo is so hyper we have to pay close attention when tuning them to keep the torque level down low. I have a 57mm wheel in mine and there is very little lag at all. It does have a very different power curve though.
