The other place?Technically from Tennessee and have been all sorts of places.
That said, I feel I have hit the useless Ignore Button on the other place more than I have here...... And I have been here much longer!!
You can charge it by Cig. or USB but it takes a lot longer per the review I saw. It takes about 2min when I connect it to my battery with the engine on. It is the last ~10% that takes the longest of that 2min.That particular Jump Starter you have, like any Jump Starter should have the Ground hooked up to the Chassis on Modern Vehicles if trying to Jump Start a Vehicle. That said I also understand that sometimes is not possible for the fact some dont have long enough cables and sometimes the Battery is so dead that you have to go directly to the Battery for Jump Starting.
As for Charging the Jump Pack, Clearly it lets you go of the Cigarette Lighter or a USB depending on what is available
Yeah, not recommended in my books. Check with the Manufacturer of the Jump Pack. Even with the NOCO Jump Pack I have, I just let it charge VIA USB and it does just fineYou can charge it by Cig. or USB but it takes a lot longer per the review I saw. Do they mention that you can just let it be plugged in all the time? Seems like that would be the easiest way. Shove it under the back seat and leave it plugged in. You know, the other place that we sneak off to that other here may not be aware of because we don't own Ford no more(yes I worded it that way on purpose)The other place?

FWIW, I used to do product safety certification (think UL) for Motorola. All the product safety standards around the world consider 60 vDC (42.4 vAC) to be the upper limit as the safe limit for human contact. I wouldn't want to get my hands across 60v if they are wet but certainly no issue if they are dry.Well, that and your bodies resistance is so high that 12v isn't going to flow very much through you. it does, but we're talking tiny tiny amounts of current.
Howdy, pardner. The sure is a hot topic. What would ac/dc say about this. High voltage rock and roll im sure. Well, im from texas and dont ignore anyone here. The entertainment is free.
I just got nothing to say bad about anyone. Cept for hitler, or putin, or stalin, or something like that
That is a lot of heat that would need to be dissipated if it was inline (series) instead of a Hall effect sensor.Quite possible. I'm not tearing mine apart to find out.
Although, there wouldn't ever be heavy current going through there, or shouldn't be, at least not on a constant basis.
Good point though. My 500 amp shunt in my trailer certainly isn't small.
Don't forget to include our home grown crew of misfits in that category!Howdy, pardner. The sure is a hot topic. What would ac/dc say about this. High voltage rock and roll im sure. Well, im from texas and dont ignore anyone here. The entertainment is free.

Capacitors charge in a non linear rate to infinity... theoretically speaking. You can charge it by Cig. or USB but it takes a lot longer per the review I saw. It takes about 2min when I connect it to my battery with the engine on. It is the last ~10% that takes the longest of that 2min.
Not meant as a bash. I am extremely sorry if it came across that way. My sense of humor is a little off kilter from most.Man @TJC , i have been bashed plenty by the people on here for stupid ideas. But take it all with a grain of salt.
Help when i can, take advice that pertains too me and contribute with awesome ranger stuff when i can.
And as always!!
