I need to remove this panel to do an install. Please let me know how it is removed. I have pulled on it, but don't want to break it. Thank you everyo.

Release the retainers and remove the lower LH center stack trim panel.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

3.
Remove the bolts and the lower center stack trim panel.

• Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  Torque : 17 lb.in (1.9 Nm)

That's it. One thing of note. For the left and right trim panels pull them straight to the back of truck and slightly out. If you go out the side you WILL break tabs.

I know for me and a lot of others was perfect spot for a small form factory radio; in my case a 25W GMRS

I highly suggest going to Harbor Freight/ordering from Amazon a set of trim removal tools. They are inexpensive and will save you from butchering your trim panels.
Something like this:

Thanks for that info. I do have a set of trim tools. I'm actually a tech, just not a ford one, so it's easy to break trim when you don't know lol.
