Headlights peeling? Anyone see this on your ranger?

It appears my headlights are peeling. After a google search, it seems to be the clear coat that goes on the headlights.

Anyone else have this on their trucks? Anyone have any tips to fix it?

You had to make look! I checked the set I just pulled out to install my LED lights. That is just a mold line on the inside of the light. They are all that way. Part of the manufacturing process.

Kinda - Looks like it is from a Orbital Buffer (pad edge) hitting the housing when it's along the front edge of the hood. (As a POSSIBLE Cause)

Nope it's peeling, mine is doing it too, only really started in the last year or so, but then my truck is 4 years older than yours is.

When I just checked my truck into service for the transmission, I asked about that, he said because I'm out of 36 months I would need to call Ford customer service.

He said a lot of them have that problem.
