You have a pre-COVID build like me. Much better build quality and we have all the deleted items. ?My 2019 doors work just fine. And that's both sides. Guess I lucked out.

I believe there’s a lot of truth in that statement and I kind of feel bad for the folks who didn’t want to buy a “first model year” and waited. My 2019 runs like a champ and is definitely Built Ford Tough. You have a pre-COVID build like me. Much better build quality and we have all the deleted items. ?
I can definitely tell the door latch stressed when opening the handle as it feels tight when pull on the handle and the door slight pops open like it’s under pressure, unlike the passenger side. Your may be slightly better than mine. I’m sure door needs a little adjustment. The passenger rear door closed so nicely.2020 Lariat SCab FX4. After having a rear door rattle a few times on washboard forest roads, I learned to firmly (not slamly) close the doors from about 6" out using the handle indent midway up the door. Nice solid close with no more rattles.
I'm pleasantly surprised with my 2020 Oct build... well, surprised may not be accurate, but I'm pleased with everything. Every time someone posts about a problem I check to be sure mine is OK, and I've never found anything wrong. The only deleted item is the 2 bed tie downs.I believe there’s a lot of truth in that statement and I kind of feel bad for the folks who didn’t want to buy a “first model year” and waited. Thanks for your response. The seal looks okay but there’s a stiffener inside the seal on the body side to prevent cracking. Its position is off to the side of the striker and the passenger side it’s directly in front of the striker. Are you able to share your before and after photosDidn't read though everything so apologies if it's been covered/fixed. A couple days after I took delivery I noticed that the P/S rear door was hard to close and I had to slam it to get it to close properly and the warning light not come on. Turns out the upper seal for the latch was all boogered and not allowing the door to close properly. So I took pics so I could show service the issue, then cut the seal that was giving the door issues. Temporarily fixed, till I got the whole panel and seal replaced under warranty at my first service.
Unfortunately I deleted those pics long time ago or I would. I just looked through my history as well and I don't think I posted here about it with pics either, sorry. Thanks for your response. My 2021 has no anchor points on the passenger side either. My 2011 Ranger did not have any on the passenger side and neither does my 2014 Fusion. I don't think they put them on the passenger side. You will need to cut the carpet to install them.I have a May 2020 build, and I am missing the passenger floor mat locking nubs (or whatever they are called). I need to get around to ordering them. I don't like the floor mat slipping around.
I believe the 2019 models had them.My 2021 has no anchor points on the passenger side either. My 2011 Ranger did not have any on the passenger side and neither does my 2014 Fusion. I don't think they put them on the passenger side. You will need to cut the carpet to install them.
Good luck.
