New wiper blades cause why not. Could have gone a few more months but they were getting a bit rough from the heat and constant gravel/rock dust. From the same company(Spearhead) but different model, also made in Korea so I expect these to last as long. I got 24/17 instead of the oem 26/16.

Look at these thicc ass blades. She thicc.

Are they increasing or decreasing mpg?

And what about horsepower? Looks like they've added at least 3.2 HP.

Too soon to calculate accurately, but so far -0.8mpg and +2.9 hp. And a cool "woosh" sound as the blades travel upward.

Why the 24/17 blades over the 26/16?

Just seem to add unnecessary stress on the brackets. My wipers get a lot of wiggle toward the end of the cycle.

Honestly in my opinion the 26" is a bit longer than necessary. My line of sight is unaffected by the change.
