The first owner of my truck had replaced the stock Hankooks with all season car tires at 22k miles.. I replaced those tires with Cooper Rugged Trails. Generally happy with them, especially off-road. I did lose 3.5mpg on highway though (went from 27mpg to 23.5). They are noisier too but not enough to be annoying.

47K on my Bridgestones. I had a few thousand or so left before I upgraded to larger tires.

I had the Bridgestones. Needed to be replaced at 30K. Fantastic in the wet though. Never had any slippage. Replaced with Michelin LTX

Well it happened again this morning, I was already at about 20-25mph and then pushed the pedal down some more. Both rears started to spin. This tell me these Duelers are done. They shouldn't light up that easily.
But remember....you're driving an EcoBEAST!
Gotta expect such behavior ?

I have a 2022 with 20,xxx on the stock Hankooks (tires are fairly decent) and they are barely worn. Fair to say I drive very conservatively, usually, but sometimes the inner child in me likes to spin the tires just a little. It's fun to know they will break loose in 2nd and even 3rd gear a little. I have never done an intentional full blown tire smoke off but I'm sure my truck would do it with the traction control off. It's pretty easy to spin them accidentally around here with all the junk left on the roads after these winter weather events.
I have rotated my tires twice, both times at 7,500 miles and have another rotation coming soon. I'd say I should get 45-50k miles out of these before it's time to go shopping. I like hearing about everyone else's tire choices too.
Be safe out there.

I had the Hankooks. I replaced at around 38k in November with winter coming. There was tread left but not enough for New England weather. They were getting a little squirrely last winter.
Switched to Falkens.

I wonder if my tune contributed to my tires early demise

Could be, personally I try not to spin the tires. It does not result in fast acceleration. If I think I am going to go up against the guy next to me, especially if it's wet, I'll put it in 4WD.

I used to go out to an empty country road that was long, flat, an no houses on either side an use one of those drag race apps. I'd do 3 or 4 launches trying to time my 0-60. I didn't bother going for the full 1/4 mile. Not comfortable with that on a public road even in no man's land. With the Livernois high octane tune it would spin in 4wd an spin in 4wd with the locker on. Not much with the locker but it would. I could be rolling at 25-35 mph with that tune an floor it an just spin for a few seconds before finally hooking an going. The lower octane tune seems about as quick since I didn't get the wheel spin. I did this with the Nitto's too but they still looked new with 22K on them when I traded it in.
