correct. Apex Designs RPV. Should be about 10-13 seconds a tire to 18psi on my 34” tires. Their craftsmanship is amazing from initial look at the machining.

Interesting design. I rarely (never) air down and run 35-37 psi typically.

I received a package from Signal Stuff. A magnetic mount for the Ranger. A couple BNC adapters and a Signal Stick rounded out the order. Time to finally get my HAM license and take to the airwaves!

Received the MBS transmission dipstick last night (thanks Mike)....on the 3rd anniversary of Ranger ownership (27,600 miles). The plan is to install it Saturday after taking down all the Christmas decorations.

My Fitzstick arrived. Going to see what looks easiest to get the factory cap off, coming at it from above with extensions, below with a short pivot head, or the passenger wheel well ??‍

I just rolled underneath on my creeper and used regular length combination wrenches and had no problems at all. However I made the swap with the engine cold.

Giving some serious consideration to this approach as well. How tight is it between the cat and trans? Can you get a regular red blooded American meat hook up there with a short wrench or ratchet fairly easily?

Zero troubles at all. I could access it above and below the Cat. I just used standard length Craftsman combination wrenches. I didn't need a socket or ratchet.

If I can do it with my crooked arthritic fingers, you can do it easier than me. I have faith in your ability.
