Anyone have any experience with this tranny pan ? About to buy one via E-Bay...comes from Mishimoto for $253 which is a big difference from the PPE pan. Looking between the two, I like the captive O Ring seal, the bolt retainers, and 2 quart xtra capacity.
Brand name so not worried about quality or fit.
Any input ???

Same price on their website.
Saw that but no info on shipping....flea-bay has it sent direct from Mishimoto, with free shipping.
On Amazon, it ran $320.
I went ahead and bought one...will evaluate and take pic's when it comes in.

Let us know how the install goes. I've had the PPE pan sitting on the shelf for a year now. I can't get motivated to put it on.

Will do. Delivery around Dec 1. Have to start acquiring bottles of ULV now, and a filter.
Only 19,000 miles on Truck, but if I'm gonna drop/replace pan, might as well do it right.

After 14 months I only have 246 miles on my Ranger, so if I were to drop the pan, I would try to suck the fluid out and reuse it.

Only $13 dollars difference from the PPE pan..
Had wanted a PPE, but them Mish came out with theirs, and I like the features on the Mish.....and a lifetime warranty.

Also, with the Fitz Stick it's going to be easy to pump the old fluid out....old pan should drop with just a small amount of fluid left in it...no mess.
I like the Mishimoto as it has those silicone captive bolt retainers so no fumbling around for the bolts to put in one at a time.

Never mind I found it. Good looking pan and like you said I like the captive O ring pan and the bolt seals.
I think I’m going to order one too. Lol
Just ordered one to.

That’s a good looking pan. I may need to add this to the list as well.

Shockingly cheap given it's from MishiMoney...

I personally didn't plan on bothering with swapping the pan if/when I do a fluid change... But if my ranger stops being a pile of crap by then, I'll check this out.

I saw it too, the fins are different on the outside and the interior looks similar to the PPE.

The Mishi has 2 more quarts? Interesting. IIRC the standard PPE has 3/4ths of a quart more.

That puts the Mishi between the two PPE pans in capacity...

I'd like to see a differential cover from them that mimics the Banks style since Banks has made me believe all replacements are crap but theirs - but they won't produce one for our trucks.

Yet I get the impression the Ford Performance one that fits our Ranger fits other Ford vehicles?

I ran across this but ordered the PPE instead from Stage 3. Regretted it a bit.
