OP- with those miles I would replace all four and have them balanced. And you need an alignment

Rim is cosmetic, up to if you want to stare at it or not

Without having it in front of you there is no way to say if the damage to the wheel is cosmetic or not. It needs to be inspected at the least and I suspect it has a 25-50% chance of needing to be replaced

Soon after I hit a major pothole in my '12 Focus, I started having a slow leak. Took it in to get it fixed and they asked if I hit a pothole or something. I said yeah, why? There is a crack in the rim. It was about 2 or 3 inches long. I got a like new replacement from a junk yard for about $100.

I hit a cat once. It ran across the road & made it, stupid cat stopped turned around & ran back. Not a good idea.
I was driving on a backroad at about 45MPH and all of a sudden I hear something hit the underside of car about 4 times. WTF was that? I look in the rearview and saw a black cat hauling ass back to his house for the last time. I looked at the dashcam video and the damn thing popped up out of the ditch. I didn't even see it.

I had a deer run across the highway and bounced off my rear tire with a THUMP...all I could find was some hair caught in the tire bead...lucky for me...

I slammed into a concrete wall on the highway. Only thing that touched was the sidewalls of my tires and a scratch on the edge of one rim. When buying aftermarket, buy beefy. That was with my method bead grips wheels and ko2 tires. Those tires would hold nails and even bolts without losing pressure lol. I even had a bolt stuck in one tire for like a year and I roasted that tire so much the head of the bolt got wore down.

Good info
Something to consider is the markup through American tire for the wheel. Also you need to ask if that included a new sensor or not as that is extra and can't be transferred
American Tires quotes me $350 for the OEM wheel. Not sure if the rep looked it up correctly as the Ford dealership said it would be $950.

With that severe of impact damage, you should have your suspension examined...your alignment is very likely toast...
Thanks. Argh I guess it’s off to the dealership for an alignment after American Tires.

A good tire shop can do alignments too...but maybe dealership can better determine whether other associated components like control arms, tie rods and CV joints have been affected...

I’m in Temecula.
I might sell all my wheels and tires no TPMS though, but I'll sell it cheap. The tires are less than 10K miles on it.
