Sadly yeah, kind of the downside of living in that neck of the woods... rust shows up pretty quick... but its all just surface rust so if you're really determined you could clean it with a wire brush and throw some fresh paint on.

Signature pic looks like parked on an ocean beach.
Salty sand from any source is not good for your truck.

If you look at the 2nd photo down, the control arm appears to have a Crack in it.( passenger side). Is it supposed to be like that ?

Because of where you live yes this is normal. That is the joy of living in the salt belt. By the way all vehicle manufacturers recommend that you wash your vehicle thoroughly on the undercarriage after driving through lovely salted roads. I also understand that this is kind of impossible when you live in a place that's always snowing and stuff. That said if you have access to a heated do it yourself car wash that would be your best friend

In a previous life I did a lot of beach driving with my pre-Taco Toyota. There was a car wash on the ride home and we always stopped and washed everything, particularly the undercarriage. It didn't seem to mater much. Over the years It got really rusted, but never caused any issues, that I am aware. I'm sure it wasn't good for it, but the only thing that ever happened that may have been related was the rear drum break emergency brake would hang up. Every time I had it in the shop for something my mechanic would have to break it loose, but he said that was sort of typical for those trucks.

That gap seems a bit long. The welds on my 2020 go nearly all the way around.

Sh*t....there was surface rust on mine when I took delivery ?
Saw a nice looking Nissan Navarro today. 2016. Electric Blue finish, the owner said underneath is a rust bucket. And he can’t wait to get rid of it before it completes its rust-disintegrating process.

Is the other side like that?
It's a skip in the weld, not a crack.
But my 2021 has no weld skip, like Dahveed's, fully welded.
For S&Gs I looked at the Motorcraft part on Rockauto and they are also fully welded.

Had to check mine as long as I was in the garage, looks like yours. Just that little gap that salt, slush and water will get into. Hopefully there is drain hole somewhere on the bottom.

My 22 looks fine. Some gaps but nothing that concerns me.
