Suggestions on how to fix rbis

My personal fix would be to tape off the bodywork, and sand down the strips and throw some paint on them.

My experience, warranting items like this usually results in the dealer tech damaging something else.

That sure looks like it should be replaced under warranty. The defect list keeps growing.
I wonder if this would fall under corrosion...

Probably wasn't cleaned and prepared properly before coating or a defective batch of the finish. If your under 3 years or 36k it should just fall under that.

I use the Graphene and the Graphene detailer and you can get the bundle kit here. I've tried a few different things since moving out here and the Graphene is the only thing I've found that will last 1 solid year without breaking down. Even after 1 year it's still beading up really good.

That could be a problem. Would be nice if Ford had an online portal where pics and descriptions of defects could be submitted to get their recommended solution that would save everyone time and frustration.
