Also you can exceed the limit to pass on a two lane if the car you are passing is under the limit. Problem is when you punch the gas in the Ranger you are usually 30 over the limit. You're supposed to fluctuate your speed and rpm's and no hard braking or engine braking for the first 500-100 miles. Rpm's should be kept under 4K.
